Brian is a Richmond native. He grew up near Short Pump and went to high school in Ashland. He studied biology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg. Brian's graduate studies were completed at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. While in school, he met Norma. One thing led to another and now they share a last name!
Dr. Brian specializes in disease management and specialty contact lenses.

Dr. Norma was born and raised south of Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended Campbell University, graduating with a degree in Biology. Like Brian, Norma chose to pursue optometry at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Norma specializes in pediatrics, geriatrics, and contact lenses!

Dr. Shows joined the practice in November 2012. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the group. In addition to his doctorate, Dr. Shows also has a masters in psychophisics! In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Dr. Shows specializes in comprehensive family eye care.
